Making A Purchase / Payment

  • Online

    Pay online by credit card via our secure Payment Service Provider.

    We accept credit cards in all major currencies including VISA, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo, and JCB. (Part shipments may be necessary but carriage is only charged once). Payment will be taken in UK£ sterling, hence differences may occur when prices have been quoted previously in other currencies due to daily exchange rate changes  

  • Pro-forma invoice

    Place your order online. Select the Pro-forma payment option, and we will fax or email you a pro-forma invoice. Pay by Cheque or Bank Wire Transfer (T/T). Goods will be shipped on clearance of payment.  

  • Credit Account

    UK companies can printout the credit application form and Email back to [email protected]. It takes about 4 working days.  

  • Online Ordering

    Ordering online is the fastest, most efficient way to place an order. Just browse our store and add items into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. On-line ordering is available 24hrs a day, seven days a week. If you order over a weekend or on a national or company holiday, your order will not be processed until the next business day. Payments can be made by credit card or by requesting a proforma invoice in which case goods will be shipped on clearance of payment. Alternatively UK companies can complete our application for credit facilities form (available from the home page). New, and existing, customers can place orders via the web site for direct shipment.  

    For ease of use and convenience a login can be created for account customers, or repeat cash customers, please complete the credit facilities form with your details and we will set up a login.

  • Credit card

    Pay by your credit card for the best exchange rate and immediate purchase.

    If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency. Credit card payments will be converted to UK£ sterling, and discrepancies may occur when prices have been quoted previously in other currencies, due to daily exchange rate changes. We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo and JCB. 

    The lowest delivery charge rate will be calculated automatically; or you can choose to change to a quicker delivery method.

    When ordering from elsewhere in Europe, enter your VAT number in order to avoid paying the tax.

  • Credit Account

    UK companies can open credit account facilities. Printout the credit application form and fax back completed form. It takes about 4 working days.

  • Pro-forma invoice

    UK - Pay by BACS, cheque, or call to give us your credit card details.

    Other Countries - Pay by BACS, Bank Wire Transfer (T/T), or call to give us your credit card details.

    Request a quote and we will fax or email you a pro-forma invoice. 

    Goods will be shipped on clearance of payment..

  • Confirmation of order

    When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
