Payment methods:
Credit card: Pay by credit card for the best exchange rate and for immediate purchase. We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Amex, Solo and JCB, over telephone, email or by fax. Include delivery charges, and tax where relevant. Credit account: UK companies can open credit account facilities. Printout the credit application form and fax back completed form. It takes about 4 working days.

Warranty:
All Lamonde Automation new and remanufactured 2nd-user products carry a 1 year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Repairs carry a 6-month warranty. If a product fails to perform properly within the specified period from the date of purchase, we will replace it or repair at our discretion. Warranties do not apply to those products that have been abused or used outside of the recommended product specifications. Where possible, we will endeavor to replace the product immediately . Products returned under warranty may be replaced with remanufactured goods.   You must first obtain a returns number by calling, or use form to email our returns dept. This ensures that the correct action is taken on receipt of your goods.
