Tip 1 ...   After fitting a replacement CCU always power up first in startup mode, with loop back connector fitted to LAM/TCAM port, and allow time for the CCU to complete a self test. You may need to use a VPU to clear all C, V and Ladder memory, clear error table, and run self test before you load your system program and go to RUN mode.
