Motors & Cables
Nine high torque bipolar stepper motors simplify your choices! Open-loop stepping systems provide for simple and accurate control of position and speed where lower power and cost are considerations. Move commands ("step" and "direction" pulse signals) from the DirectLOGIC family of PLCs or other "indexers" and "motion controllers" are "translated" by the stepping driver into precise movements of the stepping motor shaft. The SureStep stepping motors are 2-phase technology with 200 full steps per revolution or 1.8° per full step.
The SureStep stepping family of proudcts offers nine standard stepper motors to handle a wide range of automation applications such as woodworking, assembly, and test machines. The range of bipolar step motors has been extended in each frame size with three larger (super-high torque) NEMA size 34 stepper motors, one additional NEMA size 23 step motor, and one smaller NEMA size 17 step motor. Combined with the existing 4 motor lineup, a total of 9 bipolar stepping motors now offer output torques ranging from 61 oz-in. to 1292 oz-in. and phase currents that range from 1.7A to 6.3 A. | |
