DirectView 1000 Operator Interface Text Display

The DirectView 1000 (DV-1000) operator interface is a small four-line display and keypad that connects directly to our DirectLOGIC DL05, DL06, DL105, DL205, D3-350 and DL405 family CPUs. This is a great solution if you want to display text messages with built-in variables, message logs and bit status.

DV-1000 features include:

  • 4-line LCD display
  • Data entry keypad
  • Display and change values in PLC memory
  • Ladder logic dependent terminal relies on PLC ladder logic to perform its functions
  • 5 VDC power supplied through cable connected to the CPU of the PLC

The Universal Cable Kit (FA-CABKIT) allows you to connect various types of DirectLOGIC™ products with a RS-232C cable in a matter of minutes. The kit consists of a phone cable (with male plugs already attached) and several specially wired connectors. The special connectors are a D-sub style with built-in female phone jacks. This kit, with its wide variety of special connectors, allows for easy connections to many different products from each of the DirectLOGIC product families. The individual pieces are not sold separately.

WARNING: This cable system is designed for temporary testing situations and should not be used in actual applications. This cable is not shielded and is susceptible to electrical noise. Electrical noise can cause unpredictable operation that may result in a risk of personal injury or damage to equipment.

Comes with four pre-wired D-Sub to modular adapters, which can connect most RS-232C ports using a single unshielded 7ft. (2.1m) cable (included). Includes manual with product. Note: Does not include 15-pin connector for bottom port of of D2-250(-1) or D2-260 CPUs.
