DirectLOGIC 205 (DL205) PLC - DC I/OThe DL205 includes DC I/O modules to suit a wide range of applications, in 4pt high current output, 8pt and 16pt universal, and 32pt high density configurations, with operating ranges of 5-15v, 12-24v or 24vDC. Each module has a removeable connector for ease of installation and maintenance.
The hardware specifications and wiring infomation for each module is detailed in each associated pdf datasheet, take time to understand the derating curves for each product, and be carefull to combine your I/O requirements into correctly specified module types for longest product life.
Further details are available below: FIELD TERMINATION: DL205 modules use three types of field wiring termination.- Low-density removeable terminal block on 4pt and 8pt modules (1.5mm2 wiring max.)
- High-density removeable terminal block on 12pt and 16pt modules (1.0mm2 wiring max.)
- 40-pin ribbon style connector on 32pt modules(purchase separately, or use ZipLink)
- You can also use our super-fast and inexpensive ZipLink I/O connector system with all modules
